in my 93 del sol, i have a d16z6, it was wired before, but had to pull it and fix some stuff, and now i have no clue where the vtec solenoid goes in to the wiring harness.

 

Do you have a vtec harness? You can put it to the ecu

 

it was wired into the harness in the first place, but it accidentally pulled out when i picked the motor out. so idk where its supposed to go?

Was it a stock vtec harness? Or was it just wired into the harness to make it "look" stock

 

its just a simple on wire set up on my 93 its was green/yellow and just look up pin out for ur ecu

 

pretty sure its the stock harness, i could be wrong, but like i said, the wire pulled out of the harness. so it could have been added. if i were to rerun it, where do i hook it up?
if its stock, where should it hook up? just an indicator/pic would be awesome.

Vtec solenoid is A4...(on the biggest connector at the ECU)

You can run it straight from the solenoid connector to the ECU if you don't want to put it back in the harness.

somewhat helpful, but i really want to put it back into the harness where it came from, anyone able to help with pics of where it wires into the stock harness?

i get that it shows how. i AM NOT looking for how. just where its supposed to be wired into the stock harness, as if it were still stock and didnt get ripped out on accident. so i can see if i can put it back where it belongs and not have to run a new wire.

Got it sorted. Now to change the iat sensor, and then onto the disc brake swap out of dc2

 

I peeked through all of them and didn't quite see what I was looking for, but thanks for the help.
