Need some help, on my beater, ek hatch. auto was going out so I switched it to a manual. but now the clutch pedal is barely off the floor tried the bleeding process for about 20 min, its a SOHC(beater) used trans, and a brand spanking new NAPA auto clutch, slave cylinder is new and master cylinder is used but was working prior

 

I've had to bleed for close to an hour when doing auto to manual swaps when there's no fluid in the lines.
