Default Alcohol and nitrous oxide....can this be beneficial?

I have been reading into the whole thing about injecting water and or alcohol into your engine and it being like running high octane fuel, lowering intake charge temperatures, and keeping your motor clean as well. I was wondering if these solutions can benefit a nitrous breathing drag car as well. MY car is a fourth gen civic hatch, motor is a b20, car is FUlly gutted and is unstreetable. Can someone elaborate on this subject?

And even though I may not use it, I would like to better my knowledge on the subject of alcohol/water injection. Thanks

Dude, you are kidding me right? Have you read the Aquatune website on how it works?

1. How does this system work?

Allow us to give you just a brief explanation of how the system works. This systems consists of a barometric echo chamber which will allow for high altitude driving and will also automatically adjust to sea-level driving. The system will adjust to engine loads down to 2.9 inches of vacuum. This echo chamber gives off high sonic frequencies when vacuum goes through the chamber. This in turn enters the water charge chamber in which is an internal tuning fork. The water passes through this fork causing the fork to vibrate resulting in the splitting of the base hydrogen from the oxygen molecules giving off super high sprays of water particles and base hydrogen. This can be heard as small water explosions that take place in this water chamber. This is why you will hear loud cracking noises coming from the processor. In essence "cracking" the water. Just as an opera singer’s correct frequencies can shatter glass so, the correct frequencies will "crack" water. IT IS HIGHLY IMPORTANT THAT YOU DO NOT PUT YOUR EAR DIRECTLY ON TO THE PROCESSOR AS EAR DRUM DAMAGE CAN OCCUR!

all negative effects.

Your gonna replace nitrous with water/alky. This means less juice will get into motor, less artificial air.

Water/Alky injection is a poor band-aid for poor tuning.
