Civic 99 1.4i liter petrol is running rich

my honda civic burn 14 liter petrol. and sparks always black, what can be a problem?

You're running rich. When was the last time you did a full tune-up? Plugs, wires, cap, rotor, air/fuel filters.

which denso oxygen sensor is fitable for my xar? (denso 234-4065 ) is ok?
