Belt whine
I figured I would ask here on thoughts on my belt whine I hear once and awhile. I hate to self medicate 
Some of you may know I might drive the civic once a week if that. Sometimes I have a belt whine that I chalk up to humidity and or rain. Today I drove it and while the whine was there it did not rain and was not humid. This typically is only present until the car warms up, 10-15 minutes. It does not get louder as the RPMs increase and the HVAC is off.
Thoughts?
