thats because the b16 transmission has close gear ratios and probably a 4.4 final drive.

You live in California - at least try to pretend you speak English.
What's normal for one car is not normal for another. For your transmission, 4k-4500 @ 75 is about right. If you want to lower your highway cruising RPM, replace the final drive, or replace the whole transmission, but performance will suffer.
