front end wreck :( need some help!
hey so this morning i slammed into the back of a car kuz im dumb and ****ed up the front end of my **** pretty bad.. this is my first ef so i could use a lil help with what i need to do to replace the front end. im not sure if i need a new core support or if my frames ****ed up or what.. anything u can tell me from the pics below would be awesome. THANK YOU!

Your T-bar/hood latch bar is totally boned.
Looks like you deal with it already and removed it.
NO way to visually tell if there is frame damage.
However, it "looks' ok since there isn't anything obvious.
Seems like you hit something taller than your bumper so the frame might not have taken any damage at all.
You would have to take it to a shop and have it put up on a frame rack where they take measurements.
Or you could just try putting replacement parts on and see how they line up.
The bottom of your core support looks perfectly fine.
It's not dented in or anything.
Your A/C line didn't even get tweaked!
Downside is that the headlight buckets are part of the core support.
Your buckets are looking really rough =/
Passenger side is looking especial bad.
Take of the bumper supports (directly above the horns) and you can see how it's held on to the frame rails.
If it's a sedan, then there is a bunch of spot welds that you drill out- not sure how the one for the hatchback is held on.

the frame appears to be in okay condition. I would drill the spot welds off to remove the front radiator support and check thoroughly to see if anything else was damaged. either way, if you want to try and save the car you are going to need to remove that front core support.

My suggestion:
If you have a good selection of parts cars at your local scrap yard, look for one that has a fully intact front end, and if money allows, buy as much as you can. The reason is that in these types of crashes, its easier to replace everything back to a point where you know there is no damage, than it is to try and piece it back together. It doesn't take much of a tweak to really throw panel allignment and fit out of whack.
As for frame damage, one the best ways to check is after you have pulled the damaged parts off the car, is to have another EF to look at and compare it to. The uni-body frames have a lot of areas that can look "bent", but are actually just the way they were formed. If you have another car to compare with, just look for any areas that look different between the two. Like 4dr said, it looks like the impact was above the bumper, so your frame is likely to be fine.

your core support and t bar looks to be the only thing crushed though from the pix.
you'll also need a new radiator, probably p/s cooler and a new condenser if you're keeping ac
