Default Civic Injector #2 issues

Have a 95 civic that I've been working on and im stuck the number 2 cylinder wasn't getting any gas. First tried a the injector plug test light and wasn't getting any thing. Found out that the ecu had a bad injector chip in it. Switched the ecu now I’m getting code 16 for injectors. Now the plug tester isn't pulsing it staying on but he light is very dimm tried running new wires to it but it didn't do anything. Any suggestions?

Was the second ECU known working, or just "another ECU"?

did you or anyone re-wire injectors? make sure you didnt swap the 2 wires in the injector clip, i believe one wire is striped and the other is solid. make sure it looks like the other injectors i think the striped wire should be on the vehicles right of the clip. also, swap the #2 injector with 1,3, or 4.

if u have a 12 volt battery charger. taake a injector clip off a harness in the junkyard. take the plug and put it on the injector. with a couple inches of wire from the injector clip strip the end of both wires. Then take the battery charger on 12v and hook the neg to one wire and the positive to the other wire. it does not matter either way its hooked up. As you connect the positive it will click from the injector as it opens take a can of carb cleaner at the same time with the straw and shoot it through the injector and see if its clogged or not opening . i also take a air gun and blow through it at about 40-50 psi. that should clean them up pretty good and i would do them all.

It hasn't been rewired, just the number 2 injector isn't pulsing, its getting constant power, also checked pin A23 and A24 to ground and I'm getting 3.6 volts with the key in the on position, thought I read its suppose to be under 1.

The thing that has me confused it that both ECU have had issues with the number 2 injector so makes me wounder if its something out side the ecu, I know its not the wire that goes to the injector. Any suggestions?

Leave the injector plugged in and either back probe the connector (preferred method) or use a piercing probe. You want the circuit to stay connected.

Key on engine off, check to make sure there is full battery voltage on the injector power wire. This will be the same color wire that goes to each injector since they share a common power feed.

If there isn't battery voltage there, you need to figure out why. If you do have battery voltage, move the meter to the control wire (different color on all injectors). YOU SHOULD ALSO HAVE BATTERY VOLTAGE ON THIS WIRE. The voltage should only drop to 0v when the PCM provides ground, which doesn't happen KOEO.

Start with that and post the results.

With the clip unplugged and a meter into the clip i get the battery voltage through it with the key on engine off, ill back prob it tomorrow and let u know.
