I have a 95 civic VX i bought and it started to miss i checked the injectors and #3 wasnt injecting so i swaped it and still nothing so i checked the wires with a test light and 1,2 and 4 lit but not three so i traced the wire all the way to the shock tower by the battery and found it was hard wired right to the ecu

so i tested it there and nothing all i can think of is it shorted out or something in the ecu and i want to know if it would be a good idea to crack it open and see if anything is fried or popped

also i have a dx ecu p06 but its non v tec no egr or anything wired i beleve

if anyone has an idea that would be great

Did you try and swap the spare ECU you have?

ok sorry it took so long i went out to try what you said and it ran poorly but i checked the signal from the injector to the ecu and nothing

so i checked the ground wire from the injector and that was when the injector started working pluging the test light into it grounded it and now its fixed
