Default is the obd1 o2 sensor the same for the obd2?

I want to change my o2 sensor on my 94 eg SI, but I was just wondering if it was the same?
It plugs the same, but does it read it the same as the obd1?

Generally the only difference when ordering lets say an NGK or Denso 4 wire 02 for a Honda is two things: length of the wires, connector (male or female). To answer your question directly yes they're the same.
