how can u tell ???
it says on the gearbox LSD , but i dunno if it actually has an LSD in it or not
i tried to jack up my car , spin 1 wheel , the other wheel spin to the OPPOSITE way
( this is in neutral , not in gear )
because before i bought this car , i took it to Honda , and one of the guy there test drove it and told me the LSD still workin , so thats why i bought the car
but my friend told me that my gearbox isnt LSD

looks like it but the way to make sure is pull out your axles and your intermediate shaft and if you can look trew the tranny threw to the other side then its LSD if you cant then its not!

the engine is a JDM B18C
and gearbox is Y1, say if i launch my car hardout , and if i find 2 tyre marks is that makes the gearbox LSD ?

if that is a pic f your tranny then yes....

 

Just jack up the front of your car. Spin one of the front wheels. If both wheels spin in the same direction then it has lsd. If they spin in opposite directions then its a open differential or non-lsd. I hope this helps. Peace.

opposite way doesn't mean it doesn't have a lsd.....
my friend's r spins opposite way... you saying it doesn't have a lsd????

Take the axles out and look through it.. if you CAN see though the casing where the axles go then it IS an lsd.. if not then not.

 

What kind of ignition is that and yea look through the tranny

well im a dumbass , first time i did it , i thought the the other wheel spins to the OPPOSITE direction , but just now , i tried again , and it actually spin the SAME direction

yeah and also my ITR spin to the OPPOSITE direction and i got honda to checked it , they said it has LSD , hallical-type

 

yupe thats my tranny

 

wow....nice engine bay....nice engine!! and my non LSD tranny gives out 2 skid marks when i launch it.
