I've never done this swap, but why would you use a prelude rear bracket? I'm done d2b's and h2b's and you always match the rear bracket to the tranny you are using.

Two bolts on the bottom bolt to the tranny the top bolts to the block, but on a d tranny they all go to the tranny.
