Default Opinion about D1 Spec Quickrelease.

Hey. I just wanna buy D1 Spec Quickrelease just like this in the photo below:

and i wanna ask about ur opinion? is it good or bad?

If you can retain a airbag with any wheel and use this then go for it, Not really worth not having a airbag.

i alrdy dont have an airbag. and im thinking about this cos steering wheel is too far away, and i always wanted to have quickrelease.

What about it? Looks like an NRG knockoff.
And I've been in two wrecks where I got rear-ended and then pushed into another car (totaling that car as well) in two different Civics that had airbag systems and the airbags NEVER went off.

yep and its even the same build system as in NRG.
mby someone know something about this D1 Spec product.

It's a knock-off and I doubt it's the same "build system" as NRG (whatever that means). The no-name ones on Ebay look like the NRG ones but they are NOT. I know this first hand when I had to de-rice this car when I bought it.

Stick with the name brands. NRG, Works Bell, Sparco, etc. They are expensive for a reason
