Default Turbo Manifold

I just dropped a f22b2 motor from a 97 accord into my 94 Prelude S. Now I need a turbo manifold for the f22b2. I had no idea the heads where different. Anyone got one cheap?

Check Ebay yet? That's like home of the cheap.

Right here, make an offer, less than $100 bucks and free shipping.

Cheaper the better so I was seeing if I could find one someone has that they don't use. Wonder if all my piping and stuff will still line up switching to the f22b2 style head and manifold?

The piping should line up fine.

Hope so, It was so unexpected. I just couldn't believe it was a different head. Everything went on perfect from my f22a1 except now getting to the manifold. Might half to throw an offer on that manifold. I don't think it came with a wastegate gasket, I need to get one.

Just FYI.
I just got that exact manifold sent to me last week.
I had to send the better part of an afternoon grinding the flange because it is not correctly ported for a t3 flange.
It would have bolted right up, however the outlet on that manifold was considerably smaller than the inlet on my turbo.

IMO you should sell the F22B2 head and get yourself a good F22A* head. They swap very easily and you can use all of your parts from your previous engine.

If you still have your F22A1 head you could have it checked out and swap it on easy enough.

Well that's just it. The F22a1 that was in my Prelude either blew a head gasket or warped the head. Betting warped head as when I shut it off it was over 260F. By the time I had the head checked and milled along with a new head gasket I would be out more money than just getting a new turbo manifold. That's why I just got a whole other motor. Gonna try to make it work.
