There is white smoke out of the muffler in the rear of the car. Also there is no coolant in the radiator in the front passenger side of the car and it seems to be leaking out of the gasket below the header. The temp only reached 240 not sure if thats to high because i do not know the normal operating temp. The motor is remanufactured and only has 128 miles. Does any one think this could be the head gasket?? Sorry about the first post was just looking for a quick reply.

Sounds like you have:
1. A cracked block or blown headgasket, as Grumble said
2. A cracked head
3. A cracked intake manifold ingesting coolant from the passage that runs through it near where it mounts to the head
I'd get after the guys that remanned it or put it togther cuz SOMETHING between then and 128 miles later went horribly wrong
XP
And FYI the normal operating temprature is between 180 and 200 degrees (when the fan kicks on)
240 is WAY too high!

Did a leak down test today and number two cylinder is blowing bubbles out of the radiator. Is there any way to tell if it's a cracked head or blown head gasket without pulling the head??
