need lil help fingering out my cars harness
idk if ts the rite CEL code ( i did obd1 code read wire in the lil blue plug i think its code (10) same as whats un plunged.
my thing is i want to pass emissions in Illinois

There should be a plug maybe hidden further up under the dash. My wife couldn't find hers at first either.
only 5 wires are plunged in in to the plug and i'm lost

jdm ecu won't read codes through the DLC. you won't have 16 wires into it, as some pins are manufacturer specific.
i seriously doubt there's 'custom' wiring under the dash.

but do Honda obd2 ecu's flash codes like the obd1'S
and im not your wife i have done a few swaps and obd2 to obd1 conversions just ever seen something like this

yes obd2 honda's flash codes and 5 wire's sounds about right you will never see a obd2 data port with all the wire's used and if you know the code is for the sensor that's not plugged in why don't you plug it in and fix it ?????

Not quite like we chip some OBD0 and OBD1 ECUs, but still, the fact remains they can be chipped.
Looking into it more, you need a daughter board, another chip, some other stuff and it will run around $300 to do since there's not a lot of support, but it's been done and remains a possibility. When we exhaust our supply of OBD1 ECUs, we'll have to do something.
