I'm working with a 93 civic eg with B18A1 swap I bought the car for 400 dallors. The car turns over and has fuel pressure but no spark. repaired or new parts the car has are starter - module control - coil - ecu - main relay and fuses.

1st question : can I repair the lock and key before buying a 300 dallor new part?

2nd : would the atnerater stop the car from having spark?

3rd : what site would tell me the orginal specs for testing wiring in 93 honda civic dx hatchback?

 

1-Unless you're a locksmith, you can't.
2-No. The alternator is part of the charging system. Not the ignition system
3-WHat wiring?

Are you having problems with the key or the spark? If your key is messed up, bring it to a local lock smith shop, the one I use around here can either fix it or put in a new tumbler cheap.
