Y8 Advice!!!! upgrade or not
currently i have a 94 del sol with a d16y8 and is stock besides the intake, but was wondering if by adding a Skunk2 Pro-series intake manifold and a 66mm throttle body will it add hp if so how much difference will it be the reason for getting the intake and throttle body is cause down the road im gonna turbo the car. also i wanna get Tein street basis damper coilover kit but wanna know if it rides good before wasting my money reply with personal experience please!!!!!

Define "good". What I think is good you may not.

10PSI from what, a T28, GT60? It makes a big difference. From what you've said so far, as long as the motor is healthy, you don't need to do internals.

Im gonna run with a t3/t4 turbo my brother had i dont remember the trim. Knowing me if i like how it drives im gonna boost up and might not have the money to buy the internals since i always have unexpected expences

As long as the motor is healthy, factory internals can handle that. If you want to up the boost later, you can either spend a couple grand on forged internals and still have a ceiling, or you can call up Darton. Fully built, sleeved block ready for stupid power for about $3500, last I talked to them. If you don't want to spend more than you have to, skip the middle "just pistons and rods" step, because you'll probably be buying new ones when you sleeve.

A lot of parts are okay to buy off ebay. Lines, piping, IC, etc etc are okay. You'll even save a little bit. But it's a 50/50 shot with ebay turbos. Not worth it. My friend had an ebay turbo and the shaft got messssssed up.
OP, just do your research. You'll learn what you need to do. Don't rush into it.
