Hey everyone.. iv been wondering these forums for awhile now as a guest but finally decided to become a member and ask you guys some ?'s.... i have the what seems to be typical no prime fuel pump... i cleaned/ checked the Therm stat housing ground everything seems fine there.. My main relay is brand new...battery fully charged.. but fuel pump will not turn on... it does turn on when i jump the 2 terminals at the main relay connector though not with the relay plugged in.... so my ? to everyone here is what do you think would be the next step to look at?.. possibly the ecu? or go back to the ground wire?... any help/ suggestions will be highly appreciated.... The vehicle is a 92 civic hatch with d15z1 bone stock

 

i have the same issue .. my main relay is brand new but pump doesnt prime when key is turned .. so id tell you to check ur ecu .. my pump also turns on when jumped with a 12v power source but will not prime with key .. i have a post in here that ive been looking for answers for like a week ,.,, good luck trying to figure this problem out

i ended up just rewiring the ground wire to the main relay since so many people have seen to have problems with it....
