aite i got an 94 d16z6 sohc vtec. im doing my smog soon but i wanna know for sure will i pass with fpr at 30 psi, header, exhaust, spoon chip ecu, and a vtec controller. i took out my intake already. should i turn off the vtec controller, but i might be running rich cuz of the ecu. or should i just leave it on while leaning out fuel for the controller so i wont run rich. any help would be great. thanks in advance.
