Icon3 Gsr turbo bogging

engine setup:
-B18c1 stock head with ITR cams.
-Nippon low comp. 82mm pistons. (PR4)
-Cometic .030" head gasket
-Eagle head studs

turbo setup:
-shitty costume mini ram
-Emusa wastegate with 10Ibs spring
-Gt35R turbo (ebay)
-3In down pipe with 2.25in exhaust
-Precision 350hp intercooler
-2.25 IC pipping
-Vortech FMU
-Missing link
-Greddy Type RZ BOV

I was bogging before, but that was due to a leaking seal on the map sensor, replaced it and ran fine after that. Than one day i decided to step on it to see how it reacts, and boost spiked up to 10Ibs( had the 3Ibs spring on at the time). After that i had a leak again and couldn't find it. swap out the spring back to the 10Ibs spring and ran my waste gate line to the FPR vacuum line instead of the compressor. vacuum on the gauge was at -20psi, now at 15psi. Drove it and when i press on the gas it boggs and i have to step on it down more for it to be able to go. Its boosting fine but just bogs when im at a stop light trying to go, and won't go past 4.5k now.

Checked all the pippings, there good. rechecked my map and missing link there good too, but there is a hole in the missing link and it has a small spong in there, i was wondering to see if it need to be blocked so no air can get in. Tried blocking it and it was fine but when i opened it up the car sounds like its gonna die???could this be the problem. checked all the vacuum lines no leaks, replaced the boost gauge vacuum line and didn't help at all. Also could it be a Faulty pcv valve, because after i did that stupid small pull the tubing to the pcv valve was all sucked in, and tried blocking that and sounded a bit better, thought it was the tubing and replaced it and no good too??? gonna try to replace the PCV valve when i get the chance. Need help asap.

THANKS.

You are running a missing link, ECU is untuned and you clearly have vacuum leaks.

Yikes....What Muckman said...Missing links are a thing of the past. Get a some kind of Tuning software and a upgraded MAp sensor 4bar.

Also things that stand out in youre setup...are words like shitty and ebay. None of which should be included in youre set-up.

And you need a better manifold then a costume of one lol...

Yea this was a tight budget kit. And the eBay turbo is working good. The manifold is good too just the waste gate angle on is making the waste gate face up.
Was just planning on running with my stock map for now but the missing link was given to me for free.

You are taking a tremendous amount of strength out with 82mm bore for a bosted application on stock sleeves. Not advisable. If youre not making too mcuh power on a good tune you should be allset. Whats ur power goals

go easy on the ebay bashing lol. my car runs great. if your pcv isnt blocked off theres your vacuum leak. also if youre rollin around boosting without a tune u may have hurt it now. blockguards are a waste of money imo go spend some money tuning and hope nothing is hurt. can u still hear your wastegate open? try removing a piece of charge pipe and see if it still runs good n/a just to make sure its a turbo related issue and not motor.
