Hello,
My 1994 civic starts OK, but it "hiccups", the check engine light comes on, and it runs rough w/very little power. I've replaced the distributor, soldered all of the main relay connections, and checked the fuel pump. It doesn't always do this as first, sometimes right away, and sometimes after have been run for a while. Any suggestions?

Pull the code for the CEL. That's pretty much the first thing you do when the CEL pops on.

 

Yes, check what your CEL code is, also, you have stock cat still?
