Ok well I've searched through all 142 threads that came back when I searched "sunroof leaking" but everybody just talks about the drains and what not but doesn't state where they are or how to unclog them... I can see the 2 drains in the front part of the sunroof and they seem clean, where are the rear ones and how do I clean them..?? Also, is it hand and hand for my driver seat to be wet and inside my trunk to be wet as well..?? Does this all stem from the sunroof, or is it just possible that my sunroof leak and wet trunk are 2 different things..
I'm new to power accessories so I'm not quite sure on some things... But I'm not a noob or slow by any means so one quick directional guideline and I'll be good... Thanks..
ps - pics of where I should check would be awesome..!!

When my friend cleaned his he pulled them out rinsed them out with a hose then put them back and put clamps where they connect and it fixed the problem
I have a 98 accord, and when i bought it the owner said it had a leak, and he could never figure out where it was leaking from. I unscrewed the visors and what not on the headliner, and i found out that one of the drain hoses werent connected to the drain holes. So I would check for the hoses, just try to follow the drain holes located in the sunroof to make sure there are hoses connected. Typically the hoses will run down the side of the door to drain. As for the trunk, it could be related to if the drain issue if there is a hose that is not connected.

Thanks for the tips guys... I'm going to check it out... Any other helpful comments are appreciated as well..
The rear ones most likely run down through the pillar and into the trunk. You might have to remove a bunch of the trunk plastics to get to them. Of course, the leaking could be unrelated, but it's not hard to check. My 1998 Accord currently has a leak in the front tubes....
