I bought a b18c block from someone and I noticed it has holes for vin plate on it....I thought the jdm never had vin plates on them....plus this serial number starts with 1 and by my understanding that means it's from 94...not so sure on the serial number system for usdm and jdm blocks and not sure if jdm blocks have the holes on them...please help

 

Do you have any pics? I sold my B18C block a few months back and I cant recall it having holes for a vin plate on it.
