Car wont start!!! Please take time to see if you can help.
okay, i had ls/vtec in my 88 hatch, rings started going out so i put a b18b in there. swapped it all out in two days and it started right up but ran shitty, wouldn't rev up that good and was throwing intake air temp code and coolant temp code and idle air code because i had plugs backwards. Next morning i added more gas cause it was low and since then it wont start at all.
I have spark in all cylinders, I have fuel from every injector, it just cranks over but won't even attempt to start. What should i check first, i've tried another ecu now and everything.
Any Input is appreciated!

yeah maybe your timing belt jumped some teeth...

maybe you just got some bad gas or the filter clogged up when you ran the tank really low...
try replacing the gas and fuel filter

I've checked the timing several times and it's perfect. I bypassed the fuel filter and i know for a fact that all the injectors are firing fine. About the vaccume, even if the vaccume lines were not even put on it would still start.
Are you sure the distributor is firing in the right order? Once I put on my rotor on backwards (180 degress off). Sorry I can't remember the firing order off the top of my head...
i'm pretty sure that the dist is in right, it would only go in one way, i tried it at first ad then rotated it 180 and it went in. I'll check that for sure though. keep the ideas coming, i'll go screw with it some more right now.
my experience with honda... if it doesn't run. 9 times out of 10 it's something in the ignition. cap & rotor. loose screws inside the distributor on the ignitor. can be anything.. have you checked for sparK?
its either timing or distributor
how do you know your timing is right?
are you sure that everything is TDC on cylinder 1?
and once cylinder 1 is TDC is the distributor also firing on cylinder 1
i think thats ur problem
its not firing on the right cylinder
yes you get spark and yes your timing is on but where is the cylinders position when all this is happening
get what im saying??
so put it at TDC on cylinder 1.. then take off your cap and look at the rotor where is it pointed is it firing on 1?

check your fireing order make sure the first cylender is tdc and the rotor points toward the back of the car botton half ok.
Sorry to hear about the car Jesse. If you're getting fuel and spark it's got to be the timing. Make sure you're got it timed right.
Either that or your ignition timing is way off. But I doubt that.
