Default HELP: LST setup wont rev past 3500rpm..

Ok so last night I was driving my 97 Integra (not like an ***) and the car started misfiring and I could tell one cylinder wasnt firing. So I got the car home, played with it this morning and got it to fire on all cylinders.

(stupid injector plug had no clip on it)

Now with that fixed, my issue is my car wont let me rev past 3500rpm. It seems to be in some sort of limp mode....Here are the mods and hopefully someone can help me out? Is it in limp because of a misfire code?
Maybe disconnecting the battery for awhile will reset the issue?

Stock LS
Tuned on Neptune 5.8psi
.50trim Turbonetics t3/t4
Drag manifold
Knock off waste gate
ARP headstuds
Drag intercooler
Blitz bov
OBD2-1 jumper harness
(ECU is unknown because I got the car this way and the markings have since been removed)smh

yea but its been on. Only had the car for a few weeks and I havent really been able to jump it to see what the light was on for in the first place. But it ran fine before this.

well common sense would dictate you check it when you are having an issue.

you can also hook it up to an obd2 scanner. go to o'reilly or autozone and tell them to scan it for you.

You could also check your jumper harness. A buddy of mine was having the same problem until one day we took it around the block, i stepped on the harness by mistake and all was solved. It was a no name brand. Probably wont be the cause, but it can happen.
