Default 92-95 Civic front bumper cover

Anyone have any experience with the ebay front bumper covers for 92-95 civics? I found this:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Bumper-C...sories&vxp=mtr

Seems like it would work and its almost a fourth of the price of what majestic is selling it for. I'm wondering since it is not oem, if there will be any fitment issues etc.

You get what you pay for. WITH EVERYTHING in life. LOL just suck it up and get a OEM take a printout of majestics price and take it to your local honda and ask if they can match the price. Any thing other than OEM will not fit like OEM. body part wise, unless its super reputable.

You wouldn't have saved. You would have gotten tired of the poor fitment and wished you would have gone OEM.

Junkyard? Wrecker? Auto parts recycler?
Question: What is the need for brand new? I can get a replacement used OEM bumper cover around here for $30.

Well being in North Dakota theres not a lot of options for replacement parts. This is kind of a big trucks big guns state. There are 3 or 4 Honda's out at a local junkyard but there literally stripped to almost nothing. New is always better anyway unless its black :D

its not necessarily a need for new, ebay, junkyard and similar items at a junk yard are 30$(in your area)-75$(in my area), while a brand new is any where from 100-150$ i personally would shell out the extra money for less the hassle.

eBay blows, stay away from ebay as much as possible. its just scum trying to make money off other people designs. 90% of eBay stuff is horribl fitment.

Road trip it to Winnipeg. There will be one zillion Hondas at the local wreckers. We have so many here in Sask that most get crushed with 80% of their parts still on them. A shame, really.

I do like my ebay headlights though because when i did my retro i didn't really care if they got ruined. They do still have gaps with the cf hood though.

Fair enough - I am not going to tell you how you should spend your money. However, a replacement OEM bumper online for a 92-95 Civic runs about $200 PLUS shipping (likely freight - so another $50-70?). Or you can go to the local dealer, of course. I contrasted that with a $30 one and for me the choice was pretty easy.

Well, call some places ahead just to make sure. I recommend Buck's Auto Parts (Google them ... your jaw will drop when you see prices.)

I know the pain of part hunting, I'm currently in search of mint 99-00 interior door panels for the interior of my car. New they are like 275 a piece. I already bought the rear quater panels covers and the rear deck lid from honda they were relitively cheap.

Aw man that would be epic. We just don't have that luxury around here. It's 19 degrees, snowing, nothing to do, no car parts.... why the f do I stay here
