93 hatch dash light issue. Help?
I have running lights and headlights. But no dash lights. I think it might be the switch. I just bought it and it's has a b16 in it would that have anything to do with the persons wiring before me. Thanks.
It's your dimmer switch they are garbage in the EG chassis. You can try to take it out and spray it with WD-40 or LPS but chances are it needs replaced. If you search there might be a thread to fix what ever component is prone to failure on those and fix it yourself.
i had the same problem. it was a fuse and it kept popping. i just used amp wires and wrapped it around the fuse so it wont pop (not recommended btw). i sold my car not too long after. never fixed it. assuming theres a short somewhere but at the time i was lazy to check.

Does it have an aftermarket radio? If so, check the wire connections. That's a common problem since the radio cavity is very tight and doesn't allow any room for the allocation of the wires behind the radio itself.

Ok I'm going to change out the dimmer next. The thing is this cars wiring is jacked up previous owner raped the wiring. Come to find out it looses power within a couple day of sitting. I'm thinking it's a security system draining the power. I'm going to rip that out and cuz the only thing it's good for is power unlock. I did change the turn signal switch and the cluster. But now I have a cluster problem. It use to be a d16 automatic and now it's a b16a2 Manual. It was swapped when I bought it so I changed out the cluster and the tach doesnt work and the last one had no tach
