i have a 93 honda civic ex coupe and recently my heat stop working in my coupe i checked both fuses and the relay which both of them are good..The control panel dont work at all so could it be something with the relay but also nothing is coming out of the vents at all!...can someone please help with my problem idk what esle to do

Have you tried manually opening the heater hose valve on the firewall in the engine bay?

 

no but would that make the heat not work?

 

By asking this^ question, I sense that you don't know what the heater valve does. It controls whether or not hot coolant from the engine circulates through the heater core. Hot coolant in the heater core supplies heat to the cabin.
