Default Fuse 15 Keeps blowing civic LX 1997

So i was driving about an hour ago and all of the sudden my lights and speedo started pulsating so i drove it home and pulled fuse 15 and it was melted inside.. so i put a new 7.5 fuse in it and it fixed it so i was like sweet! I drove it around the neighborhood and i was like ok it works and right as im about to park it started doing it again. So i pulled the fuse and it was blown AGAIN

So im thinking its either the wires on the bottom of the intake manifold or the wires that i extended from the O2 Sensor to the cat.

We just had a snow storm and the sideroads are all F*d up from the snow and when i drive i scrape on the snow so im thinking that its the O2. i can feel everything when i have my hand on the shifter when driving with the snow in the middle of the road

Is it possible that the o2 sensor is making this short or is it the intake manifold wires

Honestly I could guess all day but you'll have to ultimately get under the car and check. To get at the harness where it rubs on the manifold stiffener bracket is a pain in the *** btw, just a heads up.

i remembered that i removed the intake manifold bracket when i swapped to a y8 manifold

and noticed that the problem only happens when i drive trough snow and it just packs underneath my car right under the exhaust thats where i ran my extended o2 sensor ill start there first

so i fixed it it was the o2 sensor extension that the guy ghetto rigged the extensions and the snow ripped it up so i soldered it up and heat shrunk it and tucked it really nice now the car works great
