Default 2000 civic starts then dies

i have a 2000 civic ex with a d16z6 with p07 ecu, when i go to start it in the morning it dies after idling for a bit, or when i start to drive away works fine once it gets past that.

Start by getting the p28 ecu.

yeah i have one on its way i didnt do the swap so im ending up fixing all the problems, i was wondering if its fuel pump related because after turning it off and on multiple times and it runs fine.

fuel pump replaced fixed the problem now im just waiting for the p28

found once the temp drops below freezing at night and in morning it does it all over again. any ideas on what would be causing it ?
