Yes it can be done. Wiring will need to be addressed. Depending on where in Cali you are, you may need to take your car to the state referee to smog it legally since your car is supposed to have a 1.5L dual point motor and not a 1.6L muti point fuel injected vtec motor.

But it's do able

Legally it would also need the OBD2 EVAP system.
Gas tanks would need to be swapped or somehow modified to include the pressure sensor from OBD2.
The OBD2 ECU and data link connector would need to be in place too.

If you are interested in a set of standard sized race bearings, I can help you out. Give me a call at the office, number in my signature.

Z6 is obd1, you need an obd0 to obd1 conversion harness, stock p28, stock motor, all emissions stuff hooked up then you have to get it barred in order to smog it at a normal smog shop and make it legal. i speak from experience. good luck, this swap should be pretty easy to make legit.

Where are they? I honestly see this giant run on sentence with a few commas. It's really hard to figure out what you are trying to ask.
Something about turbo for 400hp
a story about your life
a bunch of weird engine, suspension, and ecu stuff that is all crammed together
and a shout out to some people.
