88 auto d15 crx wont shift past 4500 rpm

Car runs fine but at wot it wont go past 4500 i checked all my fuses and fluid any ideas

These cars have a kickdown cable.. Make sure thats adjusted like its supposed to be..

Maybe a TCM issue past that.. These cars are super simple..

And you don't need to even rev this car that hard... ever..
