Default I have an H22

Would it be best to put a knock off plate in it or should I just keep it all stock..I really dont like the double belt on this motor..

i used to have an h22 in each of my 3 hondas. now i have a d16 since i sold those 3 hondas and bought a different one.

Joking aside, would you mind explaining which "knock off" (blockoff?) plate and "double belts" you're referring to?

I ASSume he's talking about the balance shafts.

I don't have an H22, I have an H23.

I would OEM Honda plates for quality reasons.

Yes sorry was talking bout the balance shaft. I have a H2B set up..Just thinking would it be worth it to do or not....

if the motor is out of the car and you have the ability to do the balance shaft delete i would..... you can not take the balance shafts out when the motor is in the car....

you could take the belt off. but i mean if it's out do it right...block the passages and everything, it doesnt hurt the motor you gain a few ponies and get better oil pressure.
