does anyone know where i can find rocker panels for a crx HF or whatever model? website or anything plz let me know asap

That's where I got my rear wheel arch patch panels, look good to me.

Yes. They fit perfect. My buddy used them and look OEM. Awesome panels saves you 100s at the body shop.
