Default can i plug these?

can i plug these these holes and be ok? if i am not mistaken the one on the left is oil temperature and it is optional. And the two on the right are are for the pcv (which i am wanting to get rid of). please correct me if i am wrong. As far as relieving the pressure from the case i will put a breather filter on the valve cover. so here are my questions...

1) can i plug those without any repercussions?
2) will a mini filter on my valve cover be enough to vent out the gasses?
3) would i be better running a catch can? (in which case i was thinking i could run a hose from my valve cover to a catch can and then from the catch can to the hole i would be plugging on the left)

my set up is an itb lsvtec
here is my set up if you want the details: https://honda-tech.com/forums/all-motor-naturally-aspirated-44/obx-itb-lsvtec-build-thread-3020701/

-The ones circled in GREEN will get vented into a catch can
-The ones circled in BLUE can be blocked off.

Go-Autoworks.com the plugs and direct screw in -10 fittings for the block.

You can also get a -10 bung to weld up to your valve cover and that line can also be ran to the catch can. They also offer catch can kits with all the fittings, lines, and hardware to install the catch can.

to be honest i would prefer to block them all off and run a mini filter on my valve cover. way more of a simple set up. HOWEVER, if that wouldnt vent enough or will cause me to sprsy oil through the mini filter i will go the catch can route. In which case i was thinking i could run it how i was saying. I have seen it ran the ways that you guys have said BUT i dont see why running one line from the valve cover to a catch can and draining it back down through the oil temp sensor hole (the hole that is already tapped) wouldnt work
