Default Need Help With Replacing Clutch

So i got my new clutch all bolted on and i am bolting on my transmission now and i cant seem to get the half shaft to pop in i can get everything else flush besides the back side where the half shaft it, It is all still in the car so if anyone had any suggestions please let me know would be greatly appreciated.

What do you mean that you can everything else flush besides where the half shaft is?

i mean that i can get just about every bolt all the way tight besides the one going into the half shaft.

So you have everything bolted up fine but the three 14mm bolts that hold the half shaft in place to the block are not lined up? I would try 1) make sure your half shaft is fully seated in the transmission 2) loosen all three 14mm bolts and thread each by hand before tightening any of them 3) If this is not possible then the transmission may be ajar with the block, make sure that the transmission is sitting flush with the engine block all the way around (sometimes those little keys/pins that align the transmission to the block can pose problems like this)

Is your tranny bolted up all the way to the motor?

Where did you get the intermediate shaft from?
are you SURE you didnt bend it takeing it off?

That thing would never bend lol. you need to slip the half shaft in before it gets bolted down..

ive bent one trying to get the end ov a c.v joint out.... that was with excessive fource thoe lol

yeah man slide it in first! then you can flip the bracket up and align it
then put your bolt's in

9/10 time's i have to slide myn back a inch or so
