Default D16y8 Tranny, Maybe Clutch?-Issues, Please Help!!

D16y8 Tranny Issues, Please Help!!

I'm not sure if it's a tranny or clutch issue. About the car: '00 civic ex coupe, original motor, boosted for past 4-5 years, ACT stage 2 clutch when turbo was assembled, stock internals besides head bolts, tranny's throw out bearing and clutch fork replaced 4/2011(the fork cracked).

Problem: Just about almost TWO MONTHS this whole issue started!! Car struggles or can't go in gear. With the engine on and clutch pedal down the car won't go into any gears. Doesn't grind at all trying to force/put it in gear, just won't go. I've always ran Honda MTF in the tranny. I did for two weeks run Mobil 1 Syn 1030 oil in the tranny back in the middle of 11/2011.
A week ago I started it up to make sure the motor didn't seize and once it was warmed up I shifted into gears with no problem *Shocked*. Drove it on the streets/freeway for about 15-20 miles and then it happened again. Struggled to go into gears all the way back home.

Please share your inputs. I have no idea...

Does the clutch pedal feel soft or spongy? Is the fluid low in the clutch reservoir? Do you see signs of a fluid leak above the clutch pedal?

Yes it shifts like normal with it off.

I'll check if it's leaking above the pedal. I replaced the master cylinder in January/2011 and the slave in 4/11 when I replaced the fork. The pedal is normal. Same pressure as always.

Check the Clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder for any leaks.
