hard shift till i release clutch pedal
i just rebuilt my 2000 gsr,the motor is good it started up fine but now my transmission is acting up...i put a new clutch in. including a new pressure plate and pilot bearing, i put in stiffer motor and transmission mounts all around if that matters. i can shift fine with the motor off, i bled the hydraulic system multiple times but i still can't shift at all unless i let off the clutch pedal and it falls right into gear when i am pushing the shifter into the desired gear...please leave any feedback, it will be much appreciated thanks
not really sure what that is, do i have to be giving it gas to do that? because im not giving it any gas and the engagement feels fine i just cant put it into gears with the clutch all the way to the floor has to be let off a bit. then it falls into gear and then it drives fine

yea, that sounds like rev-matching.
could also be that the clutch is not bled correctly. i'd sooner fall to that than pulling the transmission again.
did you have the line disconnected? should have been able to disconnect the slave and set it aside without disconnecting any lines
