P1167 is air fuel sensor Basically the o2 sensor is bad.
Is the o2 sensor a aftermarket?

I'm assuming your old motor was ULEV as well? The part number for the air/fuel sensor that fits a 1998-2000 accord ULEV is : 36531-PAA-L23. You should make sure that you have an air/fuel sensor that fits a 2001 accord ULEV (not sure of the part number) to avoid any confusion.

Is it normal that both sensors go at the same time?

With age the sensors become lazy in their switching. If one is beginning to fail the other unit may not be too far behind. With ignition systems today the components can last quite a long time. I usually just replace the O2 sensor(s) when I do a tuneup(spark plugs, spark plug wires, etc).
