LS VTEC QUESTION???
I am building an Ls Vtec with the following
Machine bore and beck block to 81.5mm
ITR 81.5mm NPR Pistons, pins, and rings
King Main Bearings
King Rod Bearings
Ls rods?
ARP Rod bolts and studs
HMO B16a Head
Supertech dual valve springs and oem itr Retainers
ITR cams
Aem Adj Cam Gears
ITR Water Pump
ITR Oil pump
Full Race Vtec kit
B16 IM
Ls Throttle Body
Ls Injectors
P28 Chipped Icu
95' LS Teg
Question is Im really just trying to make a reliable Ls Vtec with a budget for a daily driver no track use. Should I shotpeen the rods? Thanks guys just thought I would let you all know what ive done so far. New to Honda tech so forgive me if im in the wrong forum.

Yes shot-peen them, don't forget vtec oil/water pumps and timing belt.
I'm building a fully forged internal LSVTEC, and it's gonna be my daily, so don't worry about the above comment.
