motor cranks over with a fast sound it has no compression i have chcked it with a compression testor wont even budge the needle it has spark it seems kinds speratic though it is getting fuel the car has 80 thouand on it it has a timming chain it seems tight valves seem to be moving good it is a 2.4 v tech moter any ideas

tack, are you sure your pistons are even moving? could be a number of things, but my humble opinion here is that your crank's busted... I could be way off tho, my experience with honda's is pretty limited. There's a lot of pretty knowledgeable folks around here, I'm sure someone will have a better answer for ya, and some stuff to check.

dc's got a good point tho, what year accord are we talkin about?

 

Sounds like a definite timing issue cranks spinning but cams ain't

 

if the cams are turning, it might have jumped time & bent all of the valves
