i have a 92 integra rs, i putting a turbo on my car over the winter but im not sure what size..... i want a t3/t4, im looking to make 230+hp on stock internals for the time being, so i will ony be running 8 or 9 psi for daily driving.... but i will be building the engine up in the next couple years and would like to use the same turbo....... more or less looking for what size compressor and turbine size i should be looking for........ also what are some good = length turbo manifolds......

Your run of the mill T3/T04E from a Rev Hard kit will do you fine.
