Default just got a tig machine, need a little help

ok, it's a cheap ebay tig machine called Accurate tools, my bro had this machine for a while and it has weld pretty good imo, he has made my down pipe, dump tube and most of my piping for my turbo civic, he's not a professional welder in any trade, but did a damn good job on my pipings with the cheap machine.

Anyhow, He needed to start welding aluminum because he needed to make a few custom Intake manifold for his car and some friends car so he got a Miller diversion 180 because this cheap tig machine only welds steel and not aluminum.

So then he gave me the accurate tool Tig machine, and told me i need to get a tank for argon and some gauges, do you guys know what he's talking about?
I really have no clue about tig machines and what it needs. ive only tig welded once and i was really bad at it but im welling to learn and practice to up my skills since i got a free machine.

A flow meter/regulator can range from $80-115, argon cylinder isn't cheap. I have 2 and have $700 wrapped up in them. But I bought them you can lease bottles too.
