Default Turbo J32A2 S2000 Build Thread

Well I guess its time to start a build thread since its finally starting to look like something. I purchased my 2002 S2000 in October 2009 and bought the J32a2 two weeks later. Both the car and motor were bought just for this swap. My main thought behind the idea was to have a s2000 with some much needed torque. FYI, the idea was before the HFP j37 Blue CR(the released pic anyway)! I will try to keep the updates not too far apart, but I only work on the car about once a month.

Meanwhile, the reason my S2000 was so cheap was it was wrecked at one time. Most of the damage was cosmetic, but needed to be fixed.

I don't know about that. I have no time and little money. Just slow and steady wins the race. I've been at this for two years and still have along wait to go

Very nice reid. I'm curious is this an all out drag car or something more of a street strip project?. Did you consider going with a twin turbo setup something like twin garrett gt3071r's?.

This is not reid. My name is Andy. The car will just be a sunny day driver. I doubt it will ever see the track. Twin turbos would be too tight, more money, and not as clean. The sigle turbo with a air/water intercooler keeps it simple.

Had a chance to work on the car today for a couple of hours. Got a start on the water pipes.
