I got a Stock 2002 ep3, motor is k20a3 what can i possibly do with it

motor swap k20a2-k24a2 most common ones

intake, header, + kpro

I would start with intake, then a good header, then kpro and worry about the other stuff later. kpro before turbo, SC, or motor swap. Kpro can also tune the SC or turbo a lot better than the piggy back systems or reflash you get with the JRSC.

What are your goals and intentions?

It depends on your goals. It's much better to start with a clear picture of where you're going with it before you start modding.
