Default OBD2 ECM noobie question

I have searched and still have not found the info I need. I have a OBD-2a ecm left over from a 98 jdm ITR swap that I want to put into a OBD-2b GSR with a turbo set-up. Sliced into this harness is another plug that I guess went to a boost controller. I'll post pics tomorrow if I get some interest in this tread. I plan to install a hondata into this ECM. Does anyone have the diagram to re-pin the connector that does't fit. Or is this not possible?
