Default H22a won't stay on

alrite i have a obd1 h22a in my obd1 cd5 ex and it only starts with the stock f22 p0a ecu and stays on .... but when i plug in a p13 j mt ecu it started and shut off i have to keep my foot on the gas too keep it running .....Can any one help me .... Flow chart ......steps to fix this problem

Wow...

Before you attempt to run the P13 ECU again. Make sure that Pin A6 and A11 is swapped; 02 and EGR. Why? Because on the 5th Gen Accords, those two wires are backwards compared to most OBD1 Hondas which explain why the engine runs like sh*t and dies. So therefore, it will not run right. In order to run any other ECU besides the P0A, you need to swap those two wires and it should run and idle right; unless, you have something else wrong.
