Is it possible to put a blow off valve on a car with no turbo?
They used to sell kits with a tiny air compressor that emulated the sound (and you'd trigger the air release during shifts), but that's the kind of fake ricer stuff that gives hondas a bad reputation.
Save the money, do your research and get a real turbo kit. What's a BOV sound good for if your car still has just 102 crank hp?
But, maybe this can help you !

No. Just to FRONT like you are boosted? Why not also go with the intercooler in front for looks and (you thought) maybe the BOV for the sound. You are the SECOND person this week to ask this same question in the exact same way.

Oh! and for the love of god stay away from ebay kits!
You can find good parts on ebay, but Ferio is correct. Ebay "kits" are not worth the time/money.
Here, http://hondamarketplace.com/forumdisplay.php?f=39 , you can find the majority of the parts you'll need for a fraction of retail.
Good luck

Im bidding on a set of Bigger Precision injectors as we speak so I can make the switch to E85 and hit some big numbers
A quality kit will run you 1500 or more, below are some quality examples:

That's just the airflow side, you also need fuel upgrades and tuning if you want to avoid blowing your engine.

Of course, it's beneficial spending as much as you can on engine management and the turbo. Most of the rest you can cheap out a lot.
You can piece one together for less and as long as you're running less than 6lbs, you don't need an intercooler. Since temperature and pressure is related, if the pressure isn't rising that much, the pressure won't that much either.
