Default HF Motor Mounts

On a 1991 Honda CRX HF how many mounts are on the stock motor and tranny? Mine has three and I have serious engine movement. One on each side and one on the front. I feel like i'm missing a rear one but unsure and I have killed Google searching about it.
Thanks in advance!

Yah there is one on the back. If the mounts are original to the car, the rubber bushings in the mounts are probably deteriorated. You can buy urethane inserts, or just buy a whole new mount. They are about $60.

There's the main engine mount on the timing belt side, then there's one on the front mounted to the tranny, another on the left side of the car mounted on top of the tranny then one in the back mounted to the engine. I've seen quite a few people without a front mount and have no problems....not that I would risk it. If you have all your mounts, then the only other solution is that the inner bushings are bad in one or more of them. Or some freak accident that the mount isnt secured tightly.

I've never had to replace one so I'm not sure if the bushing is built into the metal mount or if it's seperate and it just bolts into, but you can find one at the junk yard, Advanced or ebay....maybe even Craigslist.

Is it one solid mount or is it a bushing and then a barcket that connects the two? Looking at it, mine appears to be missing a bracket from the back of the tranny to the bushing that is bolted to the frame.

if your mounts are worn, try filling them with polyurethane for windows from home depot
the white on. (not too stiff)
